Introduction
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to end users (“Users”) of the SiteTracks safety software solution (“SiteTracks” or “Software”), a proprietary technology owned by Williams Safety Consulting LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“WSC”) and licensed for use to Williams Safety & Rescue LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“WSR”). By accessing, downloading, or using SiteTracks, Users agree to the terms described herein regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal and usage information.
1. Information Collected
SiteTracks may collect the following types of information from Users:
Personal Information: Name, contact details, user credentials, and other identifying information provided during registration or use of the Software.
Usage Data: Information about how Users access and interact with SiteTracks, including device information, log data, activity within the Software, and location data when required for safety features.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and related technical identifiers.
2. Use of Information
Collected information is used to:
Provide, maintain, and improve the SiteTracks Software and associated services;
Authenticate Users and manage access rights under the limited license agreement;
Monitor and enhance safety compliance, including real-time alerts and reporting;
Respond to User inquiries and provide technical support;
Comply with legal obligations and enforce the terms of the limited license.
3. Disclosure of Information
WSC and WSR do not sell or rent User personal information. Information may be disclosed in the following situations:
To authorized personnel of WSC and WSR for legitimate business purposes related to safety and compliance;
To third-party service providers who assist in software hosting, maintenance, analytics, or support, under confidentiality agreements;
In response to legal requests, court orders, or as required by law;
To protect the rights, safety, or property of WSC, WSR, Users, or others.
4. Information Security
WSC and WSR implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect User information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure; Users acknowledge and accept this risk.
5. Data Retention
User information is retained as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, or enforce contractual rights under the limited license. Upon termination of the license or at the User’s request (where feasible), personal information may be deleted or anonymized, subject to legal and operational requirements.
6. End User Rights
Depending on applicable law, Users may have rights to access, correct, update, or delete their personal information. Requests should be directed to WSR’s designated contact (see Section 8). WSC and WSR will respond to such requests in accordance with applicable laws and contractual obligations.
7. Limited License Terms
SiteTracks is licensed, not sold, to Users. Use of the Software is strictly limited to the scope of the license granted by WSR, as authorized by WSC. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, reverse engineering, or otherwise exploiting SiteTracks beyond the permitted use. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

9. Changes to This Policy
WSC and WSR reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users through the Software or via email. Continued use of SiteTracks after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
10. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the limited license agreement and applicable state or federal law.
By using SiteTracks, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy and the terms of the limited license.
